This so called “elixir shot”, is a low quality food that does not contain any vitamins or minerals.
Yes, it contains chlorophyll, but human beings can’t digest grass or absorb its nutrients because we don’t have 4 stomachs like a cow.
3. Goji Berries
Were used in Chinese medicine but there is no evidence of its benefits. They can actually be harmful because they are high in a protein called Lectin, a powerfully toxic allergen. Lectin disrupts the immune system and can cause leaky gut.
