Hello My name is Fernanda I am from Brazil, I am 28 years old. I used to work as a teacher in Brazil from 2012 to 2017. In 2017 I decided to move to NYC to be an Au Pair. I stayed there with the same amazing family for the past 2 years. In Brazil I used to be a teacher assistant for toddlers and Kindergarten. Both my parents are also teachers, my dad is from Uruguay so I speak Spanish as well. I have a degree in Pedagogy(special degree to teach and take care of kids), and I worked in the education field every since my first year in college. The kids I used to babysit in Ny, were 3 and 6 yo. I am very patience and calm with kids, I do not believe in time outs, I think that if something went worng and you talk to them and explain what happened, they can understand and we can work together to solve the problem in a better way next time. I like to do arts and crafts, cooking, play board games, and spend time outdoors. |
