Rohan has taught inside Classrooms and Learning Centers. He attended The New Jersey Institute of Technology and Ocean County College, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. During his Freshman and Sophomore years at college, he was entrusted with the position of President of the Math Club. During that time, Rohan competed in the Math AMATYC contests, securing top-5 positions all 4 times. Formally, Rohan has been tutoring for more than 5 years. He started as a peer tutor in his Sophomore year, and has since been tutoring both undergraduates as well as high school students - from Algebra I to Multivariable Calculus, and Differential Equations. He has also tutored numerous students taking Linear Algebra and Physics (Algebra and Calculus-based). In Fall of 2019, he made his transition to a classroom, when he joined the staff of Immaculate Conception H. S. as one of their Algebra teachers. Rohan loves movies and watches at least three new movies every week. He's been a huge fan of the Studio Ghibli films since he was a child, and believes that Miyazaki's films are not just for children, but for the child in all of us! |
