I can tutor in math up to geometry (10th grade regular/honors math), I can tutor elementary and middle school students in science, and I can tutor elementary and middle school students in English. I speak two languages fluently (English and Telugu), and also can speak a little bit of Spanish (I studied Spanish in high school for all four years). I have knowledge on how to be a productive and quality tutor from personal experience of being a tutor at Kumon and anthropological fieldwork and research I conducted on tutoring children. Both of these experiences combined enriched my understanding on how to be a successful tutor and maintain student grades. I am a pre-med at the University of South Florida and therefore I have the qualities of discipline and hard work. Along with being a premed in university, I am also in the USF Honors college because of high SAT score and GPA from high school. I was in the International Baccealaureate Programme in high school where I earned the IB diploma and the IB MYP diploma. In highschool, I also got certification in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Photoshop. I am also very comfortable with using all Google Tools features (such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides). |
