Having graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU), Moscow, Russia with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with honors, I started my academic teaching at Higher Institute for Applied Science and Technology (HIAST). I worked at HIAST for 27 years of teaching (1988-2015). During the time I worked there, I finished my Ph. D in mechanical www.*** was forced to leave my country because of the war. I came to the United States in 2015, and started to learn English. I love to teach and make the learning process easy and fun. Professor Tagle is the Director of College Planning at Surf City College Planning, where he is responsible for assisting high school students along the college planning process by setting individualized and particular academic and extracurricular goals, and also the procedures for implementing www.*** ; He is formerly fully certificated as a Certified College Funding Specialist and Education Loan Analyst by the Association of Certified College Funding www.*** ; By utilizing an intimate knowledge of schools, degree programs, and admission practices, he makes it his goal at his college planning center to increase his students’ chances of enrolling in his or her first choice of www.*** ; He has counseled thousands of aspiring college students to date, as to the requirements and procedures of gaining admission to two-year and four-year undergraduate programs at American colleges and universities all across the United States of www.*** ; His best success story as a college planner was when, during his first lesson with a student, he advised her, whose first choice was to attend the University of Alabama, to immediately submit additional standardized testing documentation to the University for admissions consideration, when she had previously decided not to do so upon the recommendation of www.*** ; The next morning, she received an email from the University of Alabama notifying her that she had been admitted as a first-year Undergraduate Student to the University for the Next Fall term!
I am an Incumbent Board Director with The Anselmo Academy of Music & The Arts (formerly The Piano School of New York City). I am also a former Alumni Director for the UCLA Alumni Association.

I have taught two students before, one for Spanish and the other for math. I can teach students of all ages, and I also have experience being a TA at a nearby Chinese school. I have also worked as a volunteer for a Microsoft program that focuses on teaching kids how to code. I've maintained a high GPA for all 4 years, and I have also participated in a host family program in Japan for 3 weeks, so I am very familiar and passionate about the language. I am a native speaker of both English and Chinese as well.
