Hey you beautiful people! I know the difficulties in python(or coding in general) first hand. I was in your shoes once believe it or not. It can seem very hard and scary, I understand, but it doesn't need to be. Many concepts in coding(python) just need to be broken down for us to understand! When you and I have a 1-on-1 together. We'll use my building block strategy, making learning new concepts easier. The strategy entails breaking down big concepts into smaller pieces, and then building it back up again. So, whether you want to become a better coder, build projects, or get your future job. I am going to help you make your goal a success. My passion from an early age is sharing my knowledge to people(coaching Calculus and now coding). I am always trying to find a way to make an impact on someones life. I am here for you, your future and your career. Also because I'm very passionate about helping you. I will take this very seriously. A free 30 min consultation is included to help decide if we are a match for each other. I am very excited to speak with you and can't wait to help you crush it!

Hello! I am a senior high school student who has experience in tutoring peers and children in Algebra, Calculus, elementary Chemistry and Coordinate Geometry. My friends have seen up to 3 letter grades increases in the Math topics I’ve helped them with. I can tutor Honors Chemistry and below, Honors Physics and below, and any Math topic besides topics above Calculus II. Personally, I am the most comfortable with mathematics and mathematically inclined subjects, but I can help with grammar conventions and essay development.
I usually give lessons to anyone below the age of 17 who needs help. I am familiar with and efficient in most topics mentioned. However, to serve the client best, I would want to know the topic of interest beforehand so that I can compile a special set of notes and exercises specific to the needs of the student. I would also want to know about the student’s grade trends in his or her class, any tests in his or her possession, and completed homework and/or worksheets so that I can set up a study plan for him or her. Usually, this is study plan consists of a short test (at most 10 minutes) taken, identification of strengths and weaknesses, and then the accumulation of specialised practice and study guides.

Hello everyone! My name is Abigail S. and I would like to extend educational services to families who may be experiencing difficulties during the 2020-21 school www.*** ;Many health departments around the country have recommended all districts begin the school year remotely, and this can cause some problems for many families who may have essential workers in the household, multiple students, or create fear and worry for parents who do not feel they are cut out to help their students succeed in the way a teacher cannot replace. Whatever the reason, I would like to help!
I am a 2019 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Music Performance. I am a substitute teacher for Tacoma Public Schools and was intending on working with them again this school year, however that may not be the case. I also work as a production manager and educator for an area youth theatre program. I teach clarinet and saxophone lessons on the side.

I am a high school senior with almost 4 years of experience as an in-home tutor of general mathematics! The last 2 years, I have had the privilege of assisting a teacher at Reed Middle School and Fellowship Christian Academy. The previous year, during which I assisted in the development of differential instruction and facilitated the learning of basic mathematical concepts targeted at 6th to 8th graders, I also frequently assisted teachers in explaining concepts and always attempted to find new relevant perspectives that students could understand and better remember. Additionally, last year, as a National Honors Society (NHS) tutor, I expanded my versatility by tutoring students from the 9th to the 12th grade in math and science. I taught students in everything from basic math to advanced math, including the SAT (I scored in the 99 pecercentile) and Calculus, and have taught various sciences, including Physics and Chemistry, both in a classroom and home setting. Furthermore, because I regularly instruct teenagers and young adults, I am proficient in the use of various mediums, including online platforms and teaching techniques such as mnemonics and visuals.
As a tutor and young adult, I aspire to reignite the long lost passion for learning. As such, I communicate with students individually and create specialized plans that maximize efficiency. In addition, I have access to a plethora of reputable resources that students retain access to long after my tutoring has ended. I aim to impart to students, in detail, the different ways I have achieved success, inside and outside the classroom and provide channels to make a difference, academically and otherwise!

I've been a private tutor for the past 15 years and spent a year training as a Princeton review educator when I was a student at Princeton University (I graduated from the university in 1994). I work with students from kindergarten to adulthood and enjoy tailoring my approach to address each student's concerns and goals. I frequently look to have my students play an active role in uncovering the strategies that works best for them, thinking of them as a member of a two person team. I strive to have my students, whatever age, feel both supported and challenged during our sessions while giving them the tools to feel confident when I'm not around.
