I'm Rachel! I recently graduated with a bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire. I graduated with a www.*** GPA. This upcoming spring I will be going back to University to earn a masters in elementary education. Additionally, I’m also certified in EFL through a 120 hour comprehensive course through myTEFL. I have been teaching ESL since July 2020, on an online platform to young students abroad. I absolutely love teaching and being able to support student’s educational journey. In addition to being an ESL instructor, I have also had many tutoring experiences. For three years I was a tutor/mentor in beginner level Spanish, reading, writing, study skills and elementary mathematics for an extracurricular program called Upward Bound.
I am happy to assist and support students, especially during recent circumstances and remote learning. In my tutoring experience I have always focused on a growth mindset as well as a flexible approach that allows students to find what works for them. Through my time tutoring and teaching I have worked with students with a wide variety of learning styles, and through exploring and educating them on their learning styles, we were able to better navigate what the best method was to help them succeed in the subject they were struggling with. I am easy to reach and my schedule is very open and flexible. I’m looking forward to helping students in anyway I can.

Hello everyone! My name is Abigail S. and I would like to extend educational services to families who may be experiencing difficulties during the 2020-21 school www.*** ;Many health departments around the country have recommended all districts begin the school year remotely, and this can cause some problems for many families who may have essential workers in the household, multiple students, or create fear and worry for parents who do not feel they are cut out to help their students succeed in the way a teacher cannot replace. Whatever the reason, I would like to help!
I am a 2019 graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Music Performance. I am a substitute teacher for Tacoma Public Schools and was intending on working with them again this school year, however that may not be the case. I also work as a production manager and educator for an area youth theatre program. I teach clarinet and saxophone lessons on the side.

I am a mid-career professional specializing in writing and education services. My projects to date have included public and private sector works where I developed content intended for applications in the fields of language instruction, test preparation, career training, business management, and applied science research. Several of these works have led to independent publications in peer-reviewed journals and countless more have been hosted on sites across the web. In addition to these projects, I act as a licensed educator focusing on English language acquisition as well as vocational and technical skills development. Through my work and studies, I have traveled to dozens of countries with sojourns in Germany, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, experience I believe making me ideally suited for collaborating on complex international projects and developing cross-cultural services.

Hi! My name's T, I'm a college student studying to be a teacher. I love teaching, learning, and helping others. My hours and rates are fairly flexible and open to discussion. I've been tutoring since I was in eighth grade, but officially I'd put it around 2-3 years ago. I make lesson plans, worksheets, study guides - whatever you or your child need to succeed! Hi! I am a junior in highschol, and I love helping kids with their homework, classwork, etc. I have gotten nothing but straight A's during my school career, and I am hoping to do the same for your child! Learning common core and th enew way of teaching can be difficult especially as common core is much more complicated than the way the parents were taught. Now, they want explanations, logicla reasoning, what I like to call the VANG approach, whihc is verbally algebraically numerically and graphically, especially when it comes to math. Learn your VANG approach, and it will promise your child an A on your child's next test or quiz! I look forward to chatting and teaching your child. Talk soon!!
