Darrell is a former Associate Staffer for the Cultural Attache of the Embassy of Iraq in Washington DC, an Eagle Scout, and an active community leader and historic preservationist in Orange County, CA. Aside from military history Darrell is also well versed in literature, linguistics, and anthropology. Darrell speaks Italian, Spanish, & Arabic.
Darrell is a very effective tutor, and helps students catch up with classwork, prepare for class tests, AP tests, SAT subject tests, etc. He is quite effective in assisting students in improving their writing for history tests, from DBQs to free response and short answer questions.
