I'm very passionate about helping more students with their subjects and I'm very eager to devote my time working as a tutor. I will keep my attention on finding the ways to explain concepts that are best suitable to a student. I've been tutoring all STEM subjects since my junior highschool and it turned out that the results of my tutoring were very good as all my students had a much better understanding of course concepts and become more efficient in solving problems. If you choose me to help you in any subjects listed, I promise I will not let you down because I have confidence in myself and I have confidence in every student who comes to find me.
For online tutoring: Zoom is preferred.

I am currently pursuing an associates in science from Mesa Community College, I then plan to transfer to Arizona State University to pursue a B. S. in software engineering. I currently tutor math (up to calculus 1) at my college as well as Computer Science (Java, C++, and a little MATLAB.) I enjoy tutoring students and helping them learn and I always encourage any questions no matter how silly they may seem. When it comes to tutoring, whether I'm tutoring math or computer science, I like to find some analogy or comparison to relate something the student may be familair with to something the student may not be familiar with.

I am moving around August 5th for my new job. So I will not be available after that unless we work out something online with updated hours due to my new job. I minored in both math and Spanish. I am conversationally fluent in Spanish and can help with speaking, reading, writing, and grammar. I can do all math up to and including calculus. I have done higher levels but we will have to discuss those more because I am not as comfortable with them. I can teach basic computer science principles and ideas as well as many languages including C, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS, and React Native. Prices are negotiable.

I offer lessons in a couple different styles, depending on the goals of the student
- Test Prep (SAT, SHSAT, Regents, finals): we will identify weak points and maximize the student's score as quickly as possible. If a student starts out with minimal knowledge of the material, we can cover the basics much faster than a traditional classroom. I would recommend 2-hour sessions to start
- Through Learning: ideal if we start early during a course. The student will understand all the material covered in class in greater depth, and be slightly ahead of his fellow classmates. I'll also show how the material connects to more advanced or applied topics, that are rarely shown in class (but which become very useful later in a student's career)
- For fun/for a project: more geared towards a computer science project. If the student has an idea for a project, we'll cover the strategy for implementing it, and we'll go over any tricky parts. The student will also learn a variety of tools to make coding more efficient, such as IDE's, debuggers, version control, Linux commands, etc. depending on the project
The point is you will see results and see them fast
