I am retired from the State of Georgia and S.'s Financial Services. Currently working in Saudi Arabia as a private tutor for a special needs child. I have worked most of my life and, as much as I hate to admit it, retirement is boring. I wish to continue teaching because it gives me a sense of purpose, and allows me to put my talents, abilities, and experience to good use. Presently, I am enjoying my time in Saudi Arabia, however I am always looking for new opportunities.
Briefly, my philosophy concerning education is, “a person may obtain degrees and certificates, however, your education does not end when you graduate. Education never ends. ” Employers will expect better than average performance from their employees. I try to impress upon my students, in order to succeed, “learn to learn” and “exceed expectations”.
