I graduated from Princeton Unversity, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering in Spring 2018. I am currently applying to medical schools, but have always had a passion for teaching - whereas I began tutoring other students - both younger and the same age as I - as a freshman in high school. I continued during my summer breaks from college, even though I had various internships and research jobs. I am working full-time (40 hours a week) as a clinical research assistant at CHOP, but would love to continue to teach on the side! I love working with everyone from children to young adults. I am willing to work out location, hours, and what services I am willing to provide, depending on the student -- this includes via skype for interested students that are not in the Philadelphia area. Please contact me for interest and pricing and I am sure we can work something out!

To many, the sound of Math is synonymous with TOUGH, but through my learning development and experience, I discovered that math can become fun if basic concepts that are fundamental to the building blocks are well www.*** is where I make my students evolve with confidence and motivated by guiding them through this understanding till they achieve self-reliance and become math gurus. I have my bachelors in Electrical Engineering, and currently a masters candidate in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, hence I am well grounded in www.*** have taken several students in the past in math (SAT math, GRE math, elementary math, algebra, calculus etc) who never believed they could stop struggling with math, they eventually move from C students to B and eventually A. You will be amazed what pace you can progress with your math skill after a short time of tutoring with www.*** 't hesitate to grab an opportunity to be better in math where you need help, let me know where you are currently and we can move on from there by preparing a structured approach tailored to help build you up. Hello there:) My name is Michelle O. and I am currently a junior at Towson University at Towson Maryland currently living in Waldorf, MD due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am more than happy to teach and tutor you in the Spanish language from the middle to High school levels. I have grown to love the Spanish language in middle school and ever since then, I have developed a deep enjoyment of the language. I understand that during these unprecedented times, it is very difficult to learn a foreign language. But when we work together we can get it done ☺. I am very new to this platform so please be patient with me as well as a college student. Tutoring you in the Spanish language for me will be not a privilege, but a blessing in disguise☺. During this pandemic, I can zoom meetings or Google meet, so please come prepared with notes from class and some questions you may have on your homework or classwork☺. if you have any questions you can message me here on the TutorExtra website. Looking forward to teaching Spanish with you☺.
P. S. I will also let you know if my schedule has changed because I have to register for college courses.

Hello, I have been tutoring and helping children for around 18 months now in various settings – tutoring small and large groups, and private individual tutoring. I mainly tutor Elementary and middle school level in most subjects including Maths, English and Science, and High School Psychology, Science and English. I also can help with SATs prep, SOLs and essay editing or support as well as College application or general university advice. I can also help with coursework/homework in all subjects in term of checking for grammar and punctuation and general flow of the coursework piece. In my previous tutoring placement at a school I, along with the teachers ensured that all the students were able to pass their SATs, an achievement that the school had never accomplished. This proves my dedication towards each child ensuring that they are able to achieve their goals to the best of their ability. Please let me know if you have any questions and would love to work with you!

Hello,
I have been tutoring Math for over 14 years for various grades: Middle School, High School, and College. Math is a wonderful subject once you understand it. My primary objective is to help you love Math and enjoy it. Once that is established, nothing will stop you from excelling at Math.
Diplomas: I hold a PhD in Wireless Communications, MS in Telecommunications, and BS in Electrical Engineering.
Tutoring Methods: My tutoring methods involve direct engagement with the student to make sure he/she is really understanding what I am explaining. I always try to provide real life scenarios where certain formulas are applied. This approach helps the student remember the equation or even reconstruct it again based on the scenarios discussed. Everything in Math is applied in our daily life but we are unaware of it because we do not pay attention to it but that does not mean it does not exist. After most sessions, I assign few problems for the student to work on them at home before our next session (these assignments could be chosen from the textbook or I could formulate them myself). This method affirms student understanding of the subjects covered.
Guarantees: I can guarantee you that if you follow the steps I pass onto you and do your homework assigned to you, I have no doubt that you will not only pass the class but also end up with an A. That's based on experience and not talk.

My teaching method is tailored to every student’s learning style. I can give lectures, help with homework, or work problems alongside students.
To learn something it is helpful to be exposed to the material in many different ways and formats; This helps to strengthen neural pathways so the information is easy to recall and utilize. Moreover, I try to answer questions and teach using many different mediums --visual, auditory, and analogical. As a tutor, I am always learning during every session about how to better serve students’ needs to ensure utmost satisfaction.
