I graduated from Princeton Unversity, with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering in Spring 2018. I am currently applying to medical schools, but have always had a passion for teaching - whereas I began tutoring other students - both younger and the same age as I - as a freshman in high school. I continued during my summer breaks from college, even though I had various internships and research jobs. I am working full-time (40 hours a week) as a clinical research assistant at CHOP, but would love to continue to teach on the side! I love working with everyone from children to young adults. I am willing to work out location, hours, and what services I am willing to provide, depending on the student -- this includes via skype for interested students that are not in the Philadelphia area. Please contact me for interest and pricing and I am sure we can work something out!
I am a science teacher with a bachelor's degree in biology and a master's degree in teaching biology. I also have a strong background with kids in outdoor education and spend my summers and free time working with kids and teens in the outdoors.
I placed third in my local Mathcounts competition and I want to pass my knowledge onto others. My email address is ***@*** and my name is Thomas www.*** I also offer cubing lessons for those looking to start cubing.
I am a speech-language pathology graduate student working to complete my master's degree in August 2021. I have taken a special interest in neuroanatomy and physiology of the human body. I have 2 years of experience working with children who have special needs in a clinical and school setting, as well as adults with acquired communication disorders.
I'm rather good with children and my grades are exceptionally high, especially in History. I'm currently a senior and will be graduating in the spring.
I have 4 years of experience working with school age children at Sweet Angels Day Care in Lockport NY. This May I will be graduating from SUNY Geneseo with my certification to teach math in grades 7-12 so I have extensive training in education. I have been a substitute teacher for two years and this year I am a student teacher so I am familiar with the middle and high school curriculum and have some valuable teaching www.*** ;
Hello! I'm Nina, a sophomore college student looking to assist others and help everyone from middle school to college with their academics. I graduated 4th/445 in my high school class and I am currently Delaware Valley University's Class of 2022 Secretary maintaining a nearly perfect GPA. I am mostly well-versed in music and science, but feel free to ask me about anything else including math, history, and english. I am trilingual as well. I would be willing to meet up anywhere that you feel most comfortable. Or if you don't want to meet at all, feel free to take down my phone number and text me your homework problems and I could help! We could FaceTime or I could just walk you through it.
My biggest goal is to help others and I really hope this works.

Hi! I am Harmony. I am very passionate women towards learning and curiosity. I specialize my services in: Science (Pre-Elementary/Middle), English (TEOL), Math (Elementary, Middle), Science Fair Prep (all ages), and Innovative Thinking (all ages).
My goal is to make learning fun and interesting. I want to prepare you or your child for their education and help discover he/she potential and learning styles to help them develop effective study habits.
My background lies in the STEM industry. I have studied engineering for 4 years at a Vo-Technical high school. There, we took the required courses you would take in college and worked hands-on with CNC machines/lathes. We also established our visual preferences using Siemens NX, 3D-Modeling software to bring our innovative ideas to life. I took my STEM background to a new environment right after high school and decided to volunteer as a science fair judge.
Hi. I teach AutoCAD in Architectural Millwork and Woodworking fields. I was involved in furniture business from my adolescence and started to use CAD in 2000. AutoCAD is a huge program and it's generally divided into professional fields like architectural, mechanical eelctrical & plumbing, civil, etc. If a student wants to lean AutoCAD and doesn't have this program, he/she can obtain a 30-day free version for learning purposes.
I am pursuing my computer engineering bachelor's but have experience teaching students of all levels by breaking everything into steps and making sure the concepts are understood before moving on. I also like to create study guides as that is what has helped me be successful in my educational career. I also have attended online lectures and am being trained to guide groups over zoom so I know fun and exciting ways to keep students engaged and have tools to make the experience as immersive as possible.
I went to school to become a teacher and completed almost all of my classes. Due to personal issues, I was not able to complete my student teaching. However, I did get all A's and B's in all of my other education classes. I also went for special education, so I have that knowledge. That is why I am going alternate route. I am very enthusiastic and dedicated to children. I currently work in a school as an aide. I have worked with Preschool all the way through eighth grade. I would like to work with students in sixth grade or younger. I did my student teaching in 3rd and 4th grades general education and a resource room that was first through fourth grade. I am very familiar with the Common Core State Standards. I am looking forward to helping your child!
I am a tutor with almost 3 years of tutoring experience and a semester of instructing at the college level. I am CRLA certified and have tutored students of all kinds-- ESL and native speakers alike. I enjoy helping students learn to utilize the power of their voice through the written word. I have a passion for organizing and helping people succeed academically.
I am a high school senior who has prepared New York Regents preperation materials for fellow students in the past. Every student I have helped have passed their regents and almost all of them have scored greater than an 85. I am most knowledgable about Earth Science and Biology. However, I can help students in Algebra I, Physics and Chemistry. I ask that students provide me an understanding of what they have already learned, for example if a student needs help with homework I ask them to come with notes their teacher provided, so I have an understanding of a student's prior knowledge and what I can build off of to help them understand complex concepts.
I have been educating for over 16 years where I started as a preschool teacher at my local vocational school when I was junior and senior in High School. During this experience, I knew I loved helping students learned and wanted to be a teacher. Since then, I have gained more experience tutoring students one-on-one and in small settings to ensure they receive the attention they need to succeed. Today, I am not in a general classroom but I still do what I a can to help my students reach their academic goals.
I have been working as a volunteer teacher and tutor since 2013. I have experience working with students ages 4-20. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and hope to nurture a love for learning in all of my students. One of my greatest wishes is that one day, thorough education will be provided for ALL children.
A little bit about me:
I grew up in a little town in the Bay Area of California. When I was a child, my family and I moved to San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico, to do volunteer work. It was here, with its rich art history and gorgeous natural beauty, that I discovered my love for travel and the benefits that nature and creativity can have when implemented into education. Although I love California and Mexico, I also love upstate New York, which has been my home for the past five years. I love the outdoors and making art in my spare time, and I am a huge animal lover!
I hope that you will choose me to help educate your child, and I look forward to working with you! I will do my very best to meet any of your child's needs.
