I am a mid-career professional specializing in writing and education services. My projects to date have included public and private sector works where I developed content intended for applications in the fields of language instruction, test preparation, career training, business management, and applied science research. Several of these works have led to independent publications in peer-reviewed journals and countless more have been hosted on sites across the web. In addition to these projects, I act as a licensed educator focusing on English language acquisition as well as vocational and technical skills development. Through my work and studies, I have traveled to dozens of countries with sojourns in Germany, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, experience I believe making me ideally suited for collaborating on complex international projects and developing cross-cultural services.

Hello!
I am a college student majoring in Nursing at Palomar College.
I have completed nearly 60 units of General Education, however I just switched majors so I am still in progress.
I have a strong background in English composition, I've taken high level critical thinking courses such as philosophy and critical thinking through english composition and have performed strongly in all. In any class where I have to write essays I usually excel, offering help to fellow students often.
I'm super patient and friendly, as well as thorough in my work. Writing is something I have always found to be rewarding and I would love to extend assistance in it for any age.

I have been studying music since 1981. I started learning music as every American child does (did) in Kindergarten. However, I may have been the unusual child, learning music. There was never a moment I stopped learning or practicing what I had learned. I started playing the Bb Clarinet in Beginning Band in the Forth grade (1986). In Fifth grade, I was promoted to Intermediate Band on Bb Clarinet (1987). In Sixth Grade, I was promoted into Advanced Band on Bb Clarinet (1988). By the time I was graduating from elementary school, upon the interview I had with the band direcor from the Junior High, I was invited to enroll in Symphonic Band. However, when I was promoted into Junior High, I wasn't able to get into Symphonic band, as I had hoped. The period I was offered to play in band was during the Beginning Band hour. So, I started playing the Flute in Seventh grade (1989). By the end of Seventh grade, I was awarded a letter. In Eigth grade, I was able to enroll back into Advanced Band on Flute (1990), again due to the availability in class scheduling. By the end of My Juinor High studies, I was again invited to enroll in Symphonic Band by the Highschool band director. However, in 1991, when I was promoted to Nineth grade. The only band hour I was offered to take was Beginning Band (again). This time I took up the Tenor Saxophone. By the end of my Tenth grade (1993), I was once again invited to enroll in Symphonic band by the new school band director. However, I started taking business classes the remaining two years of highschool (1994-1995). Although, I discontinued studying music in school, I continued self teaching and playing every day since. I started learning violin in 1996. In 2014 I joined my church's orchestra (2014). I have been staying current and conditioning my skills.

Math is something I specialize in because it is all about recognizing patterns and analyzing it to figure out more difficult problems. I have helped students in Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, SAT and ACT math under a year, but I have helped my fellow peers in the subjects to better understand and remember the subject matter.
I know the best way to tutor and I think the best tutor should help the student not ever need a tutor again. I provide the first lesson free, so see if I'm a good fit and I will be available until you don't need me anymore.
