I have always been interested in mathematics and have tutored peers in the same classes as I have been in. I enjoyed tutoring them and I hope I made a difference. The highest level of math I have achieved is calculus 1 and I can still tutor lower levels of math. I simply ask that you show me your notes or provide me some sort of idea of what the topic is and at least 3 hours' notice. I will attempt to aid you as much as I can.

I tutored after school for my last two years in High School. While I was attending University of Central Florida, I also did online tutoring specifically for math subjects. I know that I can teach this difficult subject in the simplest ways. Everyone I have helped told me they were surprised at how easy it is once I explain it to them. I love that I am able to teach a subject that seems difficult to www.*** really enjoy tutoring partly because I know the best way to learn is to teach and partly because I know I have a gift of being able to teach this subject to all types of students. It is a great reward to be able to review and relearn the material while helping students understand it themselves. I have taken math classes up to Calculus 3 and differential equations. I am able to teach up to Calculus 2 confidently.
I understand the material completely and am able to easily teach the different subjects of math. I am going back to school to finish my civil engineering major with a math minor. I have helped students since I was a Junior in high school. I tutored students and friends all throughout my years in high school and college.
My days are mostly open right now. I will schedule my time around the most convenient times and places for you. My students are most important to me and I will gladly work on their schedule. I will focus on what you need help the most with, and I will show you how easy it is to learn and understand this subject that many people think is difficult.

Hello! My name is Sydney and I absolutely love math. However, I know many people don't enjoy it quite as much and I have found a passion in helping those who don't, learn to at least 'like' it. :) I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in teaching mathematics. I have tutored for 4 years. I had the opportunity to teach 6th grade math for one year in Northern Utah and thoroughly enjoyed the students and teaching there. My husband is attending medical school and I get to be a stay-at-home mom. Please message me if you are interested in receiving help with math. I can be flexible with pay. I am most interested in tutoring via Skype.

I'm Ashley! I graduated Cum Laude from UCSD with a Bachelors's degree in Media Arts and a minor in Language Studies with a focus on American Sign Language. I have been tutoring English and ASL for the last five years and absolutely love helping students overcome their insecurities or fears in a subject that they struggle in. I have worked with all kinds of students from young elementary to adults learning English as a second language and have learned that every student learns differently, so I'm always excited to figure out how best to structure lessons or the way I explain material in order to help them to succeed!
I'm a very patient person, easy to talk to, and am always willing to go out of my way to provide extra help if needed. I'm a film major, not an English teacher, but I tutor because I love watching students gain confidence in a subject that they struggle in. Whether it's grasping a new element of material or moving up a reading level, I get just as excited as they do.
I am an ASL minor and have been signing for eight years. I absolutely love the language and am always excited to see new students choosing to learn it! At UCSD I helped found and was on the board of the ASL club which provided free tutoring sessions, homework help, and conversation practice for ASL students that needed extra help or wanted to improve their fluency. I also volunteered for a program on campus called Language Conversation Tables which allowed students to practice their language skills or learn a new language from their peers.
I want to benefit the students I work with as much as possible and therefore welcome any resources or suggestions that students or parents can provide. I am easy to reach and will always provide quick responses. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or to schedule a lesson!

I've tutored multiple people of different ages, although this is the first time I would be looking at this as a part time job opportunity. I have good communication skills, I'm reliable, responsible, punctual, patient and understanding. I am aware that everyone learns at their own pace, I've had tutoring myself and it helps a lot to have such aid. I'm available everyday, although I would request at least a day worth of notice.
Spanish is my native language, I got a score of 5 on my AP Spanish Language and Culture Test. As far as math is concerned I can go up to Precalculus/Math Analysis which are my current courses.
Parents, I can help with your kids organization and understanding of the subjects listed above. Students, my goal is to provide you with any help you may need.

Hello. My name is John. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in www.*** ; I have +9 years of tutoring www.*** ; I took AP Biology in High school and scored 5. (If I can do it, you can too!) Also, I'm a pre-dental student. Recently, I have taken the Dental Admission Test and have reviewed Biology, Chemistry and O-chem for the DAT. Materials for DAT Biology Section and Chemistry Section are identical to AP Biology and AP Chemistry. I can provide private instruction to students to improve academic performance. Also, I can help you develop good study skills and test-taking strategies. I believe good test-taking strategies and study skills are as equally important as learning the material. Good test-taking strategies and study skills will help you as you continue through high school and eventually transition to college.
As stated above, I recently took the Dental Admission Test. My DAT score for biology was 24 (approx. 95th percentile). My DAT score for chemistry was 21 (approx. 85-90th percentile).
I love science and I love sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for science. I know studying for biology and chemistry can be challenging and stressful especially when you are struggling to get good grades. My main goal is for you to understand the materials and develop good study skills and test-taking strategies, but also to help you encourage and motivate you to enjoy learning about biology and www.*** ; I find that when you enjoy learning about the materials, more likely to enhance learning experience and better grades. I’m looking forward to meeting you. Feel free to contact me. Thank you.
