I am a passionate math teacher who loves to watch students excel. My main focus is to ensure that the students I interact with gain the skills needed to make learning easier. The greatest struggle I see with students today is they allow themselves to get discouraged when the learning becomes difficult as so many of them have had no issues up to that point. I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in Mathematics and Secondary Education. I spent so much time and effort while in school learning not only from my teachers but from every internship I was able to take. I have taught at a number of high schools in Oklahoma and currently find myself teaching at Prue. I am qualified to teach AP Calculus, AP Statistics, Pre-AP Algebra 2, and many more courses. ***DOING ONLINE LESSONS ONLY*** I have Masters in Maths and I am Former Head of Mathematics of a high achieving school. I have been teaching and tutoring for the past 20+ years. I teach Math up to AP level and have had great results always. I have also been an examiner for UK International and OCR examination boards for Math exams. The best part of my job is making Maths enjoyable and accessible to my students. It is hugely rewarding when your students achieve their potential grades and progress to the next stage of their academic life. I am very passionate about my subject. Before teaching, I worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer in a Software house specialising in Banking software.
