I am Convington Bien-Aimé and obtain a Masters of Science in Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. I do hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Quisqueya University (UniQ); a Professional Certificate Degree of Science in Human Resources Management for Practitioners at Cornell University; plus a Certificate Degree of Science in French of Affairs with a concentration in the Knowledge of the enterprise at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris (CCIP) and School of Grégoire Ferrandi of Paris Island of France. Specialties: •Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage and husband various projects A Human Resources position requires strong integrity with professionalism, respect for diversity, communication, teamwork, planning & organizing, accountability, creativity, and client orientation skills to exceptionally provide appropriate support to the hierarchical levels of a company. Extensive education, relevant experience and skills to contribute to the success of a company are the keys. My Master’s Degree in Business Administration combines academic achievement, such as extensive Human Resources Management training at Cornell University represent wide professional experience to lay the foundation for developing and achieving organizational goals.
