I do tutor in person and online. But I recommend that if we tutor in person to meet in a public place for the first time because its for safety reasons. I'm reliable and extremely smart i'm amazing with kids annd i am eligible to tutor kids with ADHD and ADD because I myself I have this disorder so I know how to work with it. I tutor math and english for middle schoolers and under. I am quite flexible with my schedule and open to most options. I will tutor you and also help with homework. I also will give prizes as we give pratice items for a little more motivation especially when working with the hyperactive children.

I'm Ellesa! I hold a bachelor degree in business and an MBA degree from UCLA. I hold varied experience in finance, business, accounts and cost/managerial accounting. I have more than eight years of experience in public, project management and industry of financial service. I tutor both undergraduate and graduate students in all aspects of accounts and business
I help students understand there assignments/problems/worksheets related to WACC , amortization table , macroeconomics or microeconomics , finance and managerial accounting , banking and so on . In my classes I pay close attention to each individual learner and curate materials according to their need. My focus is always on how to apply my knowledge and experience towards my students success.
I use all kind of digital tools, prepared modules, worksheet and academic journals to make my classes more effective. Sometimes the best way to learn any topic is by working problems and I enjoy showing students how to solve problems with step-by-step approaches. Accounting can be a difficult subject to learn, but I believe it can be taught better. That’s why I love teaching and sharing practical examples when it comes to accounting. My goal is to ensure at the end of each sessions, you can learn something valuable and relevant to your needs and can apply the materials on the own.
I can also help you design a perfect study schedule, so you can be aware about how to acquire your goal.
I speak clearly and explain things very simple manner, and I am patient and pleasant to talk to. I have easy methods to improve your test scores, write better and more efficiently, speak more naturally and precisely, apply critical reasoning in a logical manner, and read material in ways that can maximize comprehension. I get exceptional results from my students because I find their areas of weakness and then target them with focused practice until they are able to answer these types of questions on the next test.

Hi. I am a young teen looking to help children learn more. I will help children ages 1-12 get through there homework and make sure they have a better understanding of the lesson plan. Tutoring is a hobby of mine. In fact, I tutor my neighbors' children and some of the students at my school. I prefer to work online unless you would like to meet in a public place. I work really hard to get my work done and get straight A's. Math is my favorite subject and I can read really well. I even taught my six-year-old brother how to read, write, and do the math. Whenever I write an opinion piece or essay for the teacher I get the highest scores. I have helped people older than me write better. I've also helped people older then I do better in math and read.

About Me:
I have been a top student and strong thinker from the beginning of my educational journey. From all of elementary school and even middle school, I have been a straight A's student. I took the most advanced classes available. I earned a perfect score in the English section of the California Assesment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP,) along with an above average score in the math section. I have also earned a high score and placed in the 99th percentile for the 2019/2020 PSAT. I am able to help any child from ages 1- 11, or up to the 5th grade. I have a good attitude and patience and am available multiple times throughout the week. I am willing to help with their homework, questions about my available subjects, and more. Prices are not negotiable, but if they seem too high I may lower them. If you would like for your child to learn over the summer, we can find worksheets to work together on as a part of the tutoring session. Thank you, and I hope I can help your child learn.

In my opinion, tutoring is not just about teaching the fundamentals but also about listening. Each individual student has a specific manner in which they learn best. It is my endeavor to uncover this and fine-tune instructions so the student can receive what is being explained as well as perhaps discovering how to grasp the concepts better on their own. Creating an environment where learning is fun; to take the chore and dread out of a subject which might not be their favorite is beneficial. Being constructive in my methods to boost the student’s confidence in the subject or project is what I strive for. I am compassionate, passionate, detail oriented and punctual. Additionally, I have assisted children with autism with communication challenges, difficulties with social interaction and gaining confidence. It is with this broad range of skills I creatively pull from that I feel I would be a wonderful extension of your team. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you and the possibility of working with you in the near future. 2004-2005- substitute teacher in private school in various subjects grades K-7. Main focus - English, Art, and Spanish, but not limited to. I have taught art classes privately with small groups of children as well as private individual lessons. Recently I taught 17 autistic students art. The curriculum was designed and written by me and has had overwhelming success. Each class was organized around a different artist or style. Students used colored pencils, colored paper, crayons, stickers and more to create pieces inspired by those artists, as well as pop culture and politics. At the end of each class they explained to the other students why they felt their project supported the style taught. They had direction as well as freedom to make choices as an artist. They learned “public speaking” in a safe environment. (To be noted- this is often extremely difficult for people on the spectrum.) To bring enthusiasm to whatever I am instructing is a part of what I aspire to. I have extensive training and continuing education in art and oil painting. I am adept in acrylic paint as well. Figure and portrait drawing classes and workshops in advanced color application and methods from some of the leading artists in the country have been studied.
**TO BE NOTED - my per hour fee range average is $35 to $85. It depends on the position and what is needed/required. (I did not see where to qualify this aspect. Special needs, etc. could vary my rates as well - so many variables and situations.)
