My name is Drew and I am 20 years old. I am currently attending Tennessee Tech and I am studying Chemical Engineering with a Biomolecular Engineering concentration. I am hoping to one day use this degree in order to work in the medical field to some extent: I would either like to work in pharmeceuticals and help to make new medicines, or I would like to study diseases such as cancer or AIDS in order to help find a cure. I currently work at Papa John's, but I am beginning to feel burnt out, as I feel like I am not using my brain as much as I would like while I am working. That is why I would much rather tutor; it would be a double positive, as I would get to use my brain and also do something that I feel is more useful and helpful to others! I am confident in teaching any level of math from Elementary school all the way up until Calculus I, and even some material in Calculus II. I would also feel confident tutoring in elementary, middle, and high school science, as well as introductory college Chemistry. |
