I Know a student should study to increase their value, and grow.
Perseverance and having a vision are two qualities that a person should have to be great at the things they do. And two characteristics I possess and value dearly. They've help me, and still do help me, to be very proficient and have a love for mathematics and computer literacy.

Mission Statement: To make learning French engaging and challenging through personally designed lessons building upon each other, to help you advance quickly and efficiently to the next level.
Are you looking to attain a particular level of mastery in French as described in the Common European Framework (CEFR) descriptors or The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) guidelines? Are you preparing to take the DELF or Advanced Placement exams? Or, are you wanting to maintain your current mastery of French? With 15 years teaching experience, we can work together to achieve your goal. My lessons integrate American and European methodologies and supplemental activities targeting listening, reading, speaking and writing skills. Additional independent practice is provided through auto-scored online activities. Progress is monitored and assessed during each lesson.
I have been private French tutor since 2005. Previously, I worked for ten years as a K-12 certified French teacher. I have taught all levels of high school French, including levels 1-AP. During that time, I created over 5000 activities, lessons and assessments to fit the needs and goals of every individual student. I was awarded a Fulbright via The Classroom Teacher Exchange Program from The United States Department of State in 2011. You can read the published article by clicking the link above.
I have owned my own tutoring business since 2005. I have lived, worked and traveled extensively in Southern France. I have prepared a US Navy Seal for an international assignment, a prospective French teacher preparing to take her NJ Certification Test and a social worker who has since transferred to the field in Africa. Also, I have worked with students at the middle and high school levels as well as college students and adults of all proficiency levels.
My lessons integrate American and European methodologies and supplemental activities targeting listening, reading, speaking and writing skills. Additional independent practice is provided through auto-scored online activities. Progress is monitored and assessed during each lesson. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my experience and qualifications with you. With 15 years teaching experience, we can work together to achieve your goals.

I am a long term teacher and administrator. I have taught for the past 20 years for the Archdioceses of Philadelphia, two Charter Schools, and at the College Level. I currently teach 6th grade at the School District of Philadelphia. I specialize in English, English Literature and English as a Second Language (ESL). I have tutored for one family continuously for over six years. I am a warm, loving, but demanding teacher/tutor and well liked by my students. My students preform very well academically and several of the students I have tutored now attend area prep, schools that I helped to prepare for admissions. I have raised three very successful children of my own. All attended area private prep schools and excellent colleges. My oldest son is a Social Worker for Drug Rehabilitation, my middle child works on Wall Street and my youngest child is off to Graduate School in www.*** ;
