I finished my high school in Hong Kong, now I am studying in ELAC with biochemistry major. I have experienced the eastern and the western teaching style, eastern one is more like exam oriented and the western one is more focusing on the concept. But I think those two elements should make a balance. In my class, I will combine those two elements, you will learn the concept and the skills when taking the exam.

Hi! I am a junior in highschol, and I love helping kids with their homework, classwork, etc. I have gotten nothing but straight A's during my school career, and I am hoping to do the same for your child! Learning common core and th enew way of teaching can be difficult especially as common core is much more complicated than the way the parents were taught. Now, they want explanations, logicla reasoning, what I like to call the VANG approach, whihc is verbally algebraically numerically and graphically, especially when it comes to math. Learn your VANG approach, and it will promise your child an A on your child's next test or quiz! I look forward to chatting and teaching your child. Talk soon!!

I am 26, and have been tutoring formally and informally since I was 17. I've worked in most subjects but am mainly qualified to work in English composition and math. I've worked three years as an Instructional Assistant working largely with special needs children in K-12, and I've done extensive editing work in both professional, academic, and informal contexts. I am here because I appreciate the experience of tutoring and I'm interested in working in any subject I can, and with both adults and children.
