I am a sophomore at Creighton University studying Finance and International Business and minoring in Spanish. I have been tutoring students for about 2 years now, and have worked with student of all ages and abilities. Some students just need help studying for a test, and some need help in catching up to their classmates. More often than not, all it takes is a little bit of 1 on 1 attention and detailed instructions for a student to succeed. I have lots of experience working with students with learning disabilities such as ADHD, dyscalculia, dyslexia and have used evidence based practices to help these students succeed. On top of being a full time college student, I am also an intern at a local company, so I have academic and practical uses and experiences for a lot of the mathematical processes elementary-high school students are learning.
I also offer extensive ACT prep, and have lots of experience with standardized tests as well (considering I took the ACT 4 times..YIKES). If your student wants to improve their ACT score, improve their grades, or just improve their overall understanding of a subject, I would love to help.

Привет!
Hello. I teach how to talk, how to write and how to read in the Russian language at the same time. At first, my students learn how our letters sound and we write them down. Next vocabulary: I give a word, type it in skype for my student, he or she reads it and write it down. This I do with students who can read and write, it means after we learn Russian alphabet.
Plus, I teach my students how to describe their weather (cold, warm, hot, rain, snow, wind - are main words for it). So, my student can tell me about his weather at our second lesson already.
My lessons are VERY EASY!!!! I don't take a lot of grammar rules and first vocabulary we learn with colorful cards. So, pretty quckly my students find out HOW to talk and WHAT to say. I use grammar rules very carefuly (for God sake I'll take a bit more grammar and kid-student loosing his or her interest).I do the same with adults but we take more words to learn. But everything depends on student and his or her target.
I work on my own teaching method for almost 8 years. It's made on consistency of building the vocabulary and grammar rules, that begins with simple word, short sentence and we "create" base of the Russian language knowledge. I spent years of finding logic ideas and plans for my lessons that were based on my own teaching experience and my students' inputs, removing all mistakes and misunderstanding in my lessons, so my lessons are useful, interesting and helpful.
I watch Masha and a Bear with my kids-students, in Russian, it's 10 minutes. We describe the episode later (5 minutes) and take new words and phrases from the show. But I do the same with adult students as well. But it depends only on my student desire or hie or her parent!
I prepare an audio recording with our new words and phrases after each lesson, so students can listen to it any time they want to and repeat everything, plus it's practice of pronunciation. But if my student has Russian parent, the parent can help with practicing new words with just looking at our lesson vocabulary and practicing it with his or her kid, that's why typing all new words is a great idea!

Hello! Let's start with a bit about my www.***
From 1994-2014, I worked in various US hospitals, where my responsibilities frequently included providing nursing care to Level 1 Trauma and Emergency Unit patients. Most of the patients I took care of suffered from the following: multiple systemic failures or emergencies, ones that included strokes, cardiac rest, poisonings, overdoses, car accidents, head injuries, sexual assaults, gunshot wounds, and stabbings.
I assessed patients and provided necessary and prescribed treatments and medications. I provided lifesaving interventions as part of the multidisciplinary Emergency & Trauma department protocol.
In 2000, I became officially specialized in Emergency & Trauma Medicine through three-part state certified exam. I also became and remained certified in ACLS, PALS and CCRN as well.
While I loved every moment of my practice, unfortunately a savage act of workplace violence brought my ETC career to an early www.*** ;
At first I was crushed, but shortly came to the decision to find a way to continue to help others with my www.*** ;
Three years prior I had began helping nursing students in my area prepare for their state board NCLEX examinations as a second occupatio. So now I began focus on that possibility in earnest. Back in nursing school, I had graduated at the top of my class. And the reasons? I was an excellent test taker, had great study skills and led a very successful independent study group.
So I returned to school and acquired the skills I felt were important that a good tutor should be able to offer her clientele, www.*** proofreading, editing, knowledge of the best research processes for any situation and document creation that included essays, term papers, etc.
But more importantly, I also developed my own strategy to breakdown, analyze and make the CORRECT choice for NCLEX, and subsequently created a study process/program to passing the entire NCLEX exam. And it is EXTREMELY successful--of the twenty-seven students who have completed my program, ALL TWENTY-SEVEN HAVE PASSED SUCCESSFULLY on their first attempt after completing my program.
I look forward to sharing more of my program's success story with you very www.*** ;

I am currently in the junior year of my psychology degree. I am wanting to work with children and I am planning on going to graduate school. I graduated at 17 and I am really passionate about helping others succeed. I would love to help tutor psychology, science up to 9th grade, high school biology, reading, and math elementary through middle school. I have always been a good student and I would love to help foster a love of learning in the next generation. I have experience volunteering with children at the library and have wanted to tutor for a while but waited until I was almost through college. I would love to work with students of any age through these topics and I would love to work with you!

A bit about me:
I am a recent graduate from Drake University in Iowa. I began as a Music Business major, but realized my passion for the law while taking an ethics class my freshman year. While I still appreciated the music world, and kept my music interest with classes, choir and a music minor, I quickly switched my major to Law, Politics & Society. With this switch, I began my now legal career in pursuit of an eventual career in writing policy. I added a Rhetoric major to emphasize my interest in dissecting and analyzing society, relationships and societal communications. I originally took the LSAT and did well above average, but realized that basic law school was not the direction I was interested in and rather wanted to pursue my PhD in Criminology, while at the same time getting my JD. Because of the breadth of this decision, I decided to take a few years off before starting my doctoral education.
I have never believed in the conventional approach to education for all students. While some definitely benefit from structured lesson plans, homework and assignments, many more succeed in a more free-flowing, conversational environment. I learned this while studying abroad for my senior year of high school, in the lovely land of Germany. I technically graduated high school as a junior, and headed to Germany as a gap year in education. I was still required to go to school, and realized how difficult that had become in my, now, high school graduate mentality. My defiance towards attending classes in Germany, helped me realize the different stages at which students learn and the importance of tailored, one-on-one education. I dedicated my time in Germany to learning the language inside and out and have continued my love of German through a certificate of fluency and constant tutoring throughout college.
Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like to set up a session! I would love to help you reach your educational goal.

I am a math and physics tutor with a first class Bachelor's degree in mathematics from Imperial College London. I also took the Part III of the www.*** Tripos course, which is a world renown graduate course at the University of Cambridge. I will also graduate with a PhD in physics from The University of Texas at San Antonio on www.*** 2020.
www.*** availability is flexible and I can help with homework problems and boosting confidence. www.*** goal is to help students not only solve problems but also to help them understand and highlight fundamental concepts and principles in order for them to see the bigger picture. This way students will see how various ideas in math or physics are connected and hopefully then develop an enthusiasm for the subject.
