Howdy! I'm a current senior at Plano Senior High School looking to raise money to attend Texas A&M in the fall as a mathematics major . An ACL tear in soccer has kept me out of my manual jobs for the time-being, but I would love to tutor your student! I specialize in Science and Math but also can help in most english, history, or any other subjects you need! I also play the guitar if music is an interest that you'd like to capitalize on.

Hello, my name is Sophie. I am a fourteen year old seeking a job either tutoring/ homework help, or babysitting. My strengths are mathematics and science, so I could be very helpful in that area, but I'm also willing to tutor in reading/ language arts. I am also a dancer, and have been for most of my life. If your child needs some extra help with dance, I could be available to do that as well. As far as babysitting goes, I could be available most days during the week after 4 pm, and on weekends. Prices for both tutoring and babysitting can be negotiated.

I am currently studying at Texas State University. I am working towards a degree in Mathematics with a double minor in Spanish and Business administration. With this education, my goal is to become a math educator. I am a private math tutor for my university and I absolutely love helping others learn. I have seen great results in all of my students. I am happy to answer any questions you might have!

I was born and raised in British Columbia, Canada but moved to Texas with my family right after graduatinhigh school and attended Dallas Baptist University the following year. I completed my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mathematics in 3 years with a cumulative GPA of 3,942 and immediately started teaching. I started my first year teaching in a large public school in inner-city Dallas but after a few months decided that it wasn't a good fit for me. So I packed my things and headed to Fusion Academy Dallas, a unique 1-1 private school where understanding the student's physical, emotional, social and academic needs is key. I completely agreed with their one-on-one, personalized teaching approach and thoroughly enjoyed my time there because I got to build real, authentic relationships with the students and mentor them while teaching them my favorite subject matter. So how did I end up in Galveston, you might ask? Well, my husband is going to medical school at UTMB in the fall, so we moved to this beautiful island paradise and I am striking out on my own. If you are looking for a tutor who not only knows their stuff inside and out, but also cares about who students are as a person and how they are doing emotionally, mentally, socially and academically, give me a call. My tutoring programs are uniquely tailored to each student based on their strengths and weaknesses and are guaranteed to give your student the advantage they need to be successful!
