Hello! My name is Lydia and I'm an academically strong junior with 5+ years of tutoring other students. I received full scores on both of the math sections of the PSAT in 2019 and a 5 out of 5 on the AP Calculus AB exam in May 2020. This year, I am taking both AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics & www.*** ;
I strive to help my students develop a deeper understanding of the content they are learning, not just the ability to mindlessly copy steps without knowing what they're really doing. Parents love that I keep everything for their student organized in a Google Sheet (sort of a parent portal), so they can easily access payment records, lesson reports, and additional notes/practices for their students via the linked Drive folder. Everything I do is customized and parents can choose what type of tutoring they would like me to perform-- simple homework help, teaching or reteaching a lesson, filming and sending short videos of problems that students can replay on their own time, etc. I work well with below level, on level, and gifted students as I have worked with dozens of students, including some with special needs, who struggle to grasp mathmatical concepts and need them explained in different ways and/or visualized, but I was classified as a gifted student myself, testing into several gifted programs in elementary school and ultimately skipping a grade in middle school.
For the time being, I am only doing online tutoring via Zoom-- it is the safest way to tutor during the pandemic and just as effective as in person tutoring since I can use custom created slideshows and annotation tools to walk students through problems.

Therefore, because of those set backs I know many different teaching styles that were effective with me and know how to get through to all type of people. I have had plenty of experience as well!
Hi! I'm a high school student interested in helping others my age learn effectively. I have reasonable prices, and I can easily relate to struggles that many students may face while trying to properly learn course material. I'm an honors student and I'd be happy to help anyone else reach that point! My schedule is flexible, so if I'm not available during the times that you need we can work it out. I have no problem adjusting to your needs to make sure you get the proper tutoring you're paying for. Math, English (Literature, Creative Writing, etc.), General Science, Chemistry, Social Studies, History. You name it, I can teach it!
Feel free to contact me at ( tel: *** to discuss setting up tutoring sessions or if you have any questions for me!
Hello my name is Justin,
I am beginning my third year of studies at the University of Wisconsin - Stout. At Stout we focus on a strong hands-on, application based aproach. I have tutored at my schools math lab for one academic year and will be returning in the fall. I love teaching and aiding in the education process. People I have tutored before have found me freindly and easy to work with while still encouraging a positive learning and working environment. I can tutor all high school level math courses and college algerba. I do not tutor Calculus or any course following Calculus.
My math background includes algerba, geometry, college algerba, Calclus l and ll, Discrete Mathmatics, and Linear Alegerba. I love working with students and people looking to learn something about math, and one of my favorite joys is seeing someone I tutor grasp a new concept.
