I have taken Algebra, Algebra 2, Geometry, Math analysis (pre-calculus), Calculus, AP Calculus AB (5/5 on AP test), and Statistics. I helped tutor a student in Algebra 2 while taking Calculus and she was able to do better in class after the extra help she received. I work well with upper-level students who need a little extra help understanding more advanced concepts. I am also able to help students to prepare for final exams and AP tests as stated before I scored a 5/5 on my AP calculus test. As for a background of my education, I graduated 6 of 148, with a GPA of 4,24. I am currently in college studying Engineering with intent to pursue a degree in Aerospace Engineering. My prices are negotiable and I am willing to work with schedules as best as I can. If you have any questions feel free to email me and I will respond as soon as I can.

Hello,
I have been tutoring Math for over 14 years for various grades: Middle School, High School, and College. Math is a wonderful subject once you understand it. My primary objective is to help you love Math and enjoy it. Once that is established, nothing will stop you from excelling at Math.
Diplomas: I hold a PhD in Wireless Communications, MS in Telecommunications, and BS in Electrical Engineering.
Tutoring Methods: My tutoring methods involve direct engagement with the student to make sure he/she is really understanding what I am explaining. I always try to provide real life scenarios where certain formulas are applied. This approach helps the student remember the equation or even reconstruct it again based on the scenarios discussed. Everything in Math is applied in our daily life but we are unaware of it because we do not pay attention to it but that does not mean it does not exist. After most sessions, I assign few problems for the student to work on them at home before our next session (these assignments could be chosen from the textbook or I could formulate them myself). This method affirms student understanding of the subjects covered.
Guarantees: I can guarantee you that if you follow the steps I pass onto you and do your homework assigned to you, I have no doubt that you will not only pass the class but also end up with an A. That's based on experience and not talk.

My tutoring approach revolves around patience. I have a knack for taking complex concepts and making them accessible at any level. There is a lot of stress and confusion surrounding standardized testing, my goal is to give students the tools and the confidence that they need to be www.*** I am Electrical Engineer, I know the concepts of math and physics deeply .
If you are looking for someone who can make math or physics more light, easier to understand, therefore a higher SAT, ACT score. Please contact me to schedule a tutoring session. I look forward to meeting with you.

To many, the sound of Math is synonymous with TOUGH, but through my learning development and experience, I discovered that math can become fun if basic concepts that are fundamental to the building blocks are well www.*** is where I make my students evolve with confidence and motivated by guiding them through this understanding till they achieve self-reliance and become math gurus. I have my bachelors in Electrical Engineering, and currently a masters candidate in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park, hence I am well grounded in www.*** have taken several students in the past in math (SAT math, GRE math, elementary math, algebra, calculus etc) who never believed they could stop struggling with math, they eventually move from C students to B and eventually A. You will be amazed what pace you can progress with your math skill after a short time of tutoring with www.*** 't hesitate to grab an opportunity to be better in math where you need help, let me know where you are currently and we can move on from there by preparing a structured approach tailored to help build you up. Although I have only one year of teaching experience in a school setting, I have tutored students for many years online and in their homes my step-by-step approach to solving algebraic and word problems. Mathematics is unlike any other subject - it can not be memorized, it MUST BE PRACTICED! I make up practice sheets so my students can gain as much experience as possible. Along with my other teaching experiences, I have also taught GED math subjects such as time, fractions, decimals, scientific notation, and beginning algebra. My schedule is very flexible and I can travel anywhere in the Hershey/Hummelstown area.

I have demonstrated a deep understanding of math concepts through my high school career. I have earned straight A's in my math classes. I also got perfect scores on the Math section of the SAT (800) and AP Calculus BC (5). I have tutored my classmates in STEM subjects they are struggling with. Since I am passionate about STEM, I provided superior effective tutoring in math and science. Many times, I would go early to school and use that time for tutoring and helping other students. I provided explanations for complex ideas and concepts. Usually, in my explanation, I relate the topics to real-life examples and prove approaches and hypotheses using basic knowledge that my classmates already have.

100% Recommended Tutor from the Trenches of Cornell Engineering!
I've been there.
If you're here right now, chances are I have. Maybe there's a concept that's just barely eluding you. Or maybe there's something that's more clear but you still find frustrating. Difficult homework, unclear lecture notes, exams around the corner -- I get it. I spent four years going through the rigorous AP/SAT/ACT minefield of high school, and another 4 going through the gauntlet of Cornell Engineering. I've been there, and I'm here to bring that expertise to you now. To make your life easier. Because as frustrating as school can sometimes be, there are few things that can compare to how rewarding it is when things finally click.
Reach out now -- just to chat, or to setup a lesson. I'd be happy to meet you!
