Hello, there! My name is Mallory J.! Thanks for stopping by my profile! I am a Massachusetts second grade educator, with certifications in Elementary Education (1-6) and Special Education, Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8). I have been teaching as a classroom teacher for 6 years, but have truthfully been working in the educational field for over 10 years. I am hoping to explore my tutoring skills, get to know students 1:1, and help them continue their learning! :)
Joseph F. is a Elementary/Special Education certified teacher. Teaching elementary general education at Success Academy Charter School next fall, Joseph specializes in elementary mathmatics and phonics. Joseph has been a student teacher for one year teaching 2nd grade general education as well as 3rd grade special education in Providence, Rhode Island. Joseph is very creative, thorough and postive when teaching children. Joseph belives in kinesthetic learning and hands on activities. Each activty or tutoring session will have the student be active while understanding concpets relating to either mathmatics or phonics. Joseph belives in the idea of having fun and being proactive while learning. This will institute the student to have a better memory when learning new and forgotten concepts.
I wanted to clarify a few things. I have received two Associate's degrees from Raritan Valley Community College. One in Liberal Arts and the other in Food and Beverage Management. I am currently majoring in Chemistry and Mathematics and have been accepted to Rider University with a full scholarship to continue my education in Chemistry. I have screenshots of my transcript from RVCC with most of the college courses that I have taken and the grades I have received. This website only let's you post 4 pictures so I tried to post as many as I could. I have a cumulative GPA of 3. 41 and I was awarded a scholarship from the American Chemical Society to continue my education in Chemistry. I would also like to say that I'm a single mother of one child and I'm just trying to make some extra money while going to school. Give me a chance and I would love to share my knowledge with you!
