I am a professor of psychology with experience teaching college-level psychology and statistics, with additional experience teaching children and adults to read and write.

I will be graduating from St. Ambrose University with a BA in Secondary English Education in May 2019. I will be teaching 9th grade English during the fall 2019. I have had two years of experience, tutoring composition and reading comprehension at the college level; this included traditional and international students. I will also hold a license in Secondary English Education grades seven-twelve. I currently participate in the national teaching honors society, cross country, and track and field. I have a three-eight/four GPA and have fulfilled over three-hundred hours of practicum experience in local schools. You may view a sample of my writing in the gallery section.

I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2016 with a B. S. Early Childhood Education. I have been teaching in some setting since 2013. Some of my experience includes working in after school programs, teaching fourth, preschool and first grade, student teaching and more.
My teaching style is student centered. I will assess the current knowledge and needs of the students to then develop a plan for learning. I find it important to develop a rapport with my students. I will always enourage my students to exceed their goals.
