If you, or your child, need homework help, I'm the one for the job. The children who I babysit come to me for homework help, especially with their math. I'm young so I feel that I would be relatable to young students. I would like the opportunity to help students gain confidence in subjects they are struggling with. Feel free to send me a message if you have any further questions. I look forward to hearing from you.

Although I am a high school student, I have had many experiences with tutoring and tutored my self. I am mostly skilled at math but I can help your child in any subject. The difference between other tutors and I is my learning techniques are diffrent. For example me and the child can do educational games insted of books. I relize that some kids choice not to listen because they dont seem to be intrested. There are amazing websites with fantastic games we can do.

I wanted to clarify a few things. I have received two Associate's degrees from Raritan Valley Community College. One in Liberal Arts and the other in Food and Beverage Management. I am currently majoring in Chemistry and Mathematics and have been accepted to Rider University with a full scholarship to continue my education in Chemistry. I have screenshots of my transcript from RVCC with most of the college courses that I have taken and the grades I have received. This website only let's you post 4 pictures so I tried to post as many as I could. I have a cumulative GPA of 3. 41 and I was awarded a scholarship from the American Chemical Society to continue my education in Chemistry. I would also like to say that I'm a single mother of one child and I'm just trying to make some extra money while going to school. Give me a chance and I would love to share my knowledge with you!

Hello! I have my master’s degree and certification in PreK-12 reading specialist and instructional coaching. I am also certified in K-6 elementary teaching. I have over ten years of experience working with a diverse range of ability levels. I enjoy working with readers and writers of all ages and can assist whether the struggle is in reading comprehension or decoding (sounding out the words on the page). I am very familiar with dyslexia and use The Science of Reading as the framework for everything I teach in ELA. I also have experience working with gifted students and can help them excel with 1:1 instruction.
I prefer to work with struggling mathematicians in grades K-5.
How it works? I would first set your child up for a FREE evaluation. After, I would be able to pinpoint gaps in their foundational skills and create an individualized learning plan. Lessons thereafter, can be as often as you prefer.
My availability:
Sunday and Saturday- All Day
Monday-Thursday- 3:30-9:00pm
Rates-$60-$85/hour
For now, all lessons will be through Zoom. This allows me to work with students from a wider radius in a safe manner. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

My intellectual curiosity, love of learning, and desire to positively impact the lives of others ultimately lead me into the field of education. I believe that the purpose of education is to equip an individual with the necessary tools to problem solve, effectively communicate, and think critically. The quality of education that children receive in their early years is pivotal to their development and success later in life.
I am currently working as a Kindergarten teacher in an inclusive classroom for Baltimore City Public Schools. I hold two Maryland Educator Certificates, in Elementary Education and Special Education. In May 2016, I completed the Master of Arts in Teaching program at Johns Hopkins University. I also have experience working with students with Autism and other special needs.
I believe that as a teacher, I contribute to the development of dynamic and engaging learning environments for students. I look forward to working with your child/student!
