I am an actor, director and teacher with an MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. I’ve taught students of all backgrounds, from all over the world, as young as four and as old as sixty-five, both in person and on-line. I’ve taught varied subjects, including Directing the Actor, Shakespeare, Scene Study, Acting Technique, On-Camera Audition Technique and Voice. Students have been accepted into top training programs, including Tisch School of the Arts, and have booked professional theatre, film and television, including Law and Order, The Mysteries of Laura, independent films, and plays at Playwrights Horizons.
I’m highly sensitive to the individual needs of each person I work with, whether in the classroom or as a private coach. My goal is to give each student an experience of success through achievable challenges and encouragement, and to foster a sense of play, joy, intention and improvisation. |
