I am from California, and I took the California High School Proficiency Exam in my sophomore year, leaving high school that same year and starting college. I have not completed college due to not actually knowing what I want to pursue long-term. I do, however, have a passion for English, - grammar and sentence structure are something I enjoy putting my time into - and I have been helping people around me with their own English classes for years. I have never recieved lower than a B grade on an essay, and my proofreading has helped my friends and family to achieve higher grades. I am also an award winning artist. My medium of choice is pencil or acrylic paint. I have been drawing since i was four years old and have not stopped since. I am proficient in American Sign Language, and English is my native language.

I excelled in Economics, my strongest is Global Business and Macroeconomics. I am also extremely well rounded in managerial accounting, accounting, personal finance, network and security, data management and business strategy. My passion is biological sciences such as anatomy and physiology, ecology, biology and microbiology.
I prefer working online. We can do a goto meeting or facetime. Preferrably goto meetings because it gives me access to a computer screen. If you need face to face, I can meet at a Starbucks or public library. I am willing to meet most places in Los Angeles County, Orange County and Riverside County. I will go to limited areas in San Bernindino County. I currently do not service Ventura County, but will be in May 2020.

Over the years, her experiences in education include tutoring, assisting, teaching, curriculum-creating, researching, editing, and now homeschooling/“unschooling” along with her own children. Her post-secondary studies brought her to Spain, Mexico, and Cuba, and she graduated from the University of California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Language Studies. She owned a successful tutoring business for several years before her first child was born. Cheryl is passionate about social equity, compassionate communication and relationships (specializing in NVC and compassionate parenting), cooperative and collaborative work and play, holistic education, and life-long learning.
