I started tutoring in high school as a volunteer in my community and quickly became attached to it. I helped elementary school students with English and vocabulary and middle school students with Math subjects like Geometry and Pre-Algebra. It later became my first job experience as I made my tutoring lessons private. I enjoy seeing students grasp concepts they used to struggle with because of my assistance.

I have privately tutored math, science, history, and english (including SAT 1 and SAT subject tests) for 5 years. Several of my students scored 800s (perfect score is 800). I taught children (grades K-11) in these subjects as well. I have also taught SSAT for middle school students. I also taught at JEI where I taught children ranging from 1st grade to 12th grade reading, writing, and math. Hi! I am a junior attending Westfield High School. I am going to take AP Calc BC. In my previous math classes, I received an A in all of them. Throughout middle school, I had interests in math and science classes specifically, but by 8th grade, I was in above grade placement classes in every subject. When I began high school I quickly got involved in theatre arts, videography, photography, and charitable clubs. Although I was forced to retire gymnastics after ten years due to injury, I was able to participate in Varsity Cheerleading my Sophomore year. Academics hold great value to me, specifically the real-world applications of what is taught in school.
