I have over 10 years experience writing and editing. I am a former English teacher, with experience working with hundreds of students on critical analysis essays. I am an expert in teaching the interpretation of literature and have worked professionally with students on the analysis of classic works such as To Kill a Mockingbird, The Outsiders, Fahrenheit 451, and many more. When I work with a student, I hold the highest standards of excellent education.
I know we are in a middle of a pandemic so I also provide online lessons. Skype, Teams, and Zoom.
I am hard working widow that will love to enhance you in what subject that I can be in assistance with.
Along with my basic tutoring subjects, I can also help those wanting to learn a second language. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I took three years of ASL in High School, was in the ASL Honors society, and still use it on a daily basis.

I started my education after my children were old enough for me to do so and just haven't stopped. I am passionate about learning and passing that along to others. I strongly believe that the quality of a person's future is dependent upon their education especially as we face the future. I can tutor at almost all levels but prefer to help students prepare for high school, college, and graduate school. I tutor mostly in test preparation skills, SAT/ACT, Reading and Writing, Composition, English, Literature, and many of the Liberal Arts. I also offer a well-received program for helping high school juniors and senior choose their college major and the institution they will attend. When I perform this service I will help narrow down the schools until a final list is picked and then will help with applications, essays, interviews, and financial aid including scholarships. All of my prices are negotiable based on your ability to pay and proof of income will be required. The performance increase in my students can be documented and frankly, I provide results.

Welcome all! My name is Jared M., I'm a college student, and I am passionate about both learning and teaching. Since I was a kid I have had classmates ask me for help, because they not only saw I understood the material but I'm willing to share that knowledge. I enjoy helping people, and as someone who himself has had to take tutoring in math, I get how it is. The truth is, it's simply a tool to get ahead of the curve and become a better you each day. I can't wait to help you, see you soon!
Hello! My name is Amelia J., I am a high school, homeschooled, senior, and I love everything about the English language! Whether it's writing, reading, or simply helping with grammar homework, I would love to offer my services. I have experience working with children ages 3-14 in my previous job as a coach and referee for i9sports, a youth sports league. I have taken over 45 credit hours as a dual enrolled student at Pasco-Hernando State College, and have excelled in all of my English subjects. I would love the oppurtunity to help teach your child about the amazing ability to read and write in the English language.
I can tutor in math up to geometry (10th grade regular/honors math), I can tutor elementary and middle school students in science, and I can tutor elementary and middle school students in English. I speak two languages fluently (English and Telugu), and also can speak a little bit of Spanish (I studied Spanish in high school for all four years).
I have knowledge on how to be a productive and quality tutor from personal experience of being a tutor at Kumon and anthropological fieldwork and research I conducted on tutoring children. Both of these experiences combined enriched my understanding on how to be a successful tutor and maintain student grades.

Hi! My name is Abigail, and while I have no formal training in the education field, I am able to help out anyone in need of school tutoring! With the multiple subjects I have listed within my profile, I feel sure that I am able to help those who ask for it! As I am currently a Junior in high school (graduating next school year 2020-2021), I do not have the full capabilites to help with any subjects. However, I am willing to help with the subjects I am able to! I have taken several science, math, social studies, and english courses in my school as well as up to level 4 of the German language. As for science, I range from basic earth science to chemistry to human anatomy to medical terminology! Math is from Elementary (K-5), Middle (6-8), and High school (Algebra 1-Prob and Stats, opted out of Precalc and Calculus classes). In the English department, I will be in English 4 this upcoming school year, but I have also taken Creative Writing courses to help further my ability to help with English classes. For Social Studies, I can do anything from Middle (grades 6-8) to Highschool (with the exception of Government, Economy, and any AP classes).
Feel free to email, call, or reach out to me on Facebook! I will drive to any location within 10 miles of my residence and spend any amount of time needed with each student I tutor to ensure their success! My educational background is a soon-to-be completed Bachelor's degree in Biology. During my tenure at the University of Central Florida, I participated in undergraduate research for a little over a year, where I recieved important hands-on working experience in a genomics lab throughout that time. As a direct result of this combined experience, I have developed a level of comprehension across some of these multiple biological fields, experience which should be sufficient enough to help tutor others in need of help. For some, the rigorous details and the necessary principles of biology may be difficult to understand; given time and the proper resources, I am gladly interested in providing whatever help I can!
