I love working with people and miss the individual teaching that occurs in a classroom. Currently, I am an administrator in a high school and am looking to get back to working with students. In the past, I have worked with high school and college level students but would also love to work with younger students. I taught English in two high schools and at the university level when I was getting my first master's. I am currently working on my doctorate. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me at: ***@***
A little bit about me: I am married, have a son, and am currently pregnant with a girl. I also have a dog and two cats. I love spending time outdoors and exercising. I have a lot of energy and would love to work with you!
I am a current Bryn Mawr college undergraduate (Junior) with a double major in Latin and German, and a minor in Comparative Literature. I have been studying Latin for 10 years now, and German for 2. I have tutored English for 3 years as well! I offer tutoring for Latin, German, and English/English Literature. I absolutely love language! If I could, I would learn every language in the world. I want to spend the rest of my life teaching langauges, and helping students fall in love with Latin and German the same way I did.
I've worked with students who need general help to improve their language skills both in the target language and in English, students who want help with vocabulary for the SAT or spelling bees, students who need extra help to prepare for specific tests in school, and students who want to start learning from scratch. I've worked with the students's teachers specifically, and helped parents understand the options for teaching from the beginning too.
Hi! My name is Celeste, and I am passionate about helping people! Whether you're learning how to use adjectives and adverbs or how to write an essay, I'm excited to come alongside you and help you meet your goals. With a Bachelor's in English and previous teaching/tutoring experience, I am committed to giving you the best advice and instruction I possibly can while teaching you to think independently and problem-solve on your own.
I am available to meet you in a public location, such as a library or coffee shop, in the Beavecreek area. I am also available for online meetings. Looking forward to it!

We could FaceTime or I could just walk you through it.
My biggest goal is to help others and I really hope this works.
