Hello,
I have been tutoring Math for over 14 years for various grades: Middle School, High School, and College. Math is a wonderful subject once you understand it. My primary objective is to help you love Math and enjoy it. Once that is established, nothing will stop you from excelling at Math.
Diplomas: I hold a PhD in Wireless Communications, MS in Telecommunications, and BS in Electrical Engineering.
Tutoring Methods: My tutoring methods involve direct engagement with the student to make sure he/she is really understanding what I am explaining. I always try to provide real life scenarios where certain formulas are applied. This approach helps the student remember the equation or even reconstruct it again based on the scenarios discussed. Everything in Math is applied in our daily life but we are unaware of it because we do not pay attention to it but that does not mean it does not exist. After most sessions, I assign few problems for the student to work on them at home before our next session (these assignments could be chosen from the textbook or I could formulate them myself). This method affirms student understanding of the subjects covered.
Guarantees: I can guarantee you that if you follow the steps I pass onto you and do your homework assigned to you, I have no doubt that you will not only pass the class but also end up with an A. That's based on experience and not talk.

Greetings,
I am a seasoned educator. I own a virtual tutoring company. You can find me on Facebook and Instagram using my companies name "Attention to Intervention with ME". I started my company because I want to provide students with additional resources outside the classroom and ease parents' minds. One-on-one tutoring has proven to assist in the progression of children's education.
I customize each lesson specifically for your child. I teach to your child's needs and make it fun. Virtual learning is of the present and future; take advantage of this great opportunity.

I wanted to clarify a few things. I have received two Associate's degrees from Raritan Valley Community College. One in Liberal Arts and the other in Food and Beverage Management. I am currently majoring in Chemistry and Mathematics and have been accepted to Rider University with a full scholarship to continue my education in Chemistry. I have screenshots of my transcript from RVCC with most of the college courses that I have taken and the grades I have received. This website only let's you post 4 pictures so I tried to post as many as I could. I have a cumulative GPA of 3. 41 and I was awarded a scholarship from the American Chemical Society to continue my education in Chemistry. I would also like to say that I'm a single mother of one child and I'm just trying to make some extra money while going to school. Give me a chance and I would love to share my knowledge with you!

I have worked with both neurotypical and neurodivergent students and believe I am well equipped to help students of all skill levels and abilities. I am always looking to learn more and approach every opportunity to educate myself further. Your tutoring session will be tailored to you, if you learn better through conversation and the socratic method, then we'll do that! If you learn better through worksheets and tests, that is exactly what we'll do. Upon graduating high school, I'm planning on pursuing a degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Eduation from Bowling Green State University with a minor in music performance! Hello, I can help with math if you are confused or having problems. I can go from basic math to geometry. You can join the zoom link in order to get help. I try to give 1 on 1 help so if you join and there happens to be another person there, I will create a breakout zoom so I can help you and the other student privately. We can discuss payment methods after the lesson, though, I only have venmo.
Message me what times work for you or your kid and I can give you the zoom code and meeting ID.
If you happen to not be satisfied with my help or I lack the knowledge to help you, I can give a discount or make the lesson free if so.
Personally, I am a 16-year-old female who loves helping others and has a weird passion for math. I enjoy helping young children or others who may be peers of mine. I'm hoping to be able to enjoy helping others while making some money in order to save up for a senior trip and help pay to go to an art school since it's my passion. If you are a visual learner, I can easily help since I am a visual learner, myself. I will do my best to use visual examples and be creative while I help you in order to have some smiles and fun. The pandemic has been difficult so I hope to offer my best to you or your child. I'm excited to meet you!

I started tutoring in high school when my friends were really struggling. I found that getting to know a persons interests, hobbies, etc. is one of the best tools to helping some understand a subject. I have a heart for mat, but an even bigger heart for the success of students. As a current college student, I would love to gain experience in teaching. Most importantly, I want to serve and get to know students and their families.
It would be an honor to help you!

My intellectual curiosity, love of learning, and desire to positively impact the lives of others ultimately lead me into the field of education. I believe that the purpose of education is to equip an individual with the necessary tools to problem solve, effectively communicate, and think critically. The quality of education that children receive in their early years is pivotal to their development and success later in life.
I am currently working as a Kindergarten teacher in an inclusive classroom for Baltimore City Public Schools. I hold two Maryland Educator Certificates, in Elementary Education and Special Education. In May 2016, I completed the Master of Arts in Teaching program at Johns Hopkins University. I also have experience working with students with Autism and other special needs.
I believe that as a teacher, I contribute to the development of dynamic and engaging learning environments for students. I look forward to working with your child/student!
