I am a pre-medical student looking to gain some extra experience this summer while at home and would be very excited to work with you in order to teach you the foundations of science or math. I specialize in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, but am comfortable teaching basic Physiology, Biology, Physics, or any basic Elementary, Middle School, or High School subjects. I am very flexible and will work in many different contexts, such as preparing for AP exams, exams in class, preparation for the upcoming school year, etc. I received an average GPA of 3. 9 over my Sophomore and Junior years and have been tutoring Organic Chemistry and specialized Biology for over a year and am excited to share my knowledge and approach to academics.
In terms of scheduling, I am very flexible, so just ask and i will be able to adapt to your needs.
Thank you and good luck in your studies!

Being a tutor and a supplemental instruction leader for the past three years (at Student Center for Academic Achievement) and going to monthly training meetings, I have learned to quickly get the tutee comfortable and gauge their needs to tailor a specific way of tutoring. I believe in challenging yourself and understanding the core basic concepts. I take this same friendly yet motivated attitude to my tutoring sessions to help students achieve their goals academically. Through experience, training, and being a student myself, I have a good grasp at study schedule management and know the importance of different learning tools. Tutoring is a passion of mine and I plan each session ahead of time to cater the student's needs such that the student can get the most out of each session. I'm a fun-loving and confident person who believes that learning should be fun and so I try to make each session interesting. What I love most about tutoring is that both the tutor and the tutee learn during each session and help each other grow. I love to help students achieve their goals and the spark they have once they grasp a concept.
I have had an interest in science since I was 8 years old. I always read on recent research papers since high school. What makes me a good science tutor is the experience as both: a tutor and a student. As a student I know how to study for science topics and how to knit all the things we learn in this subject together. During my undergraduate, I was able to get an A on every science class and graduate as a Summa Cum Laude along with got great reviews from my tutees. I believe that each person has a different perspective and I tailor my tutoring technique to that perspective as well as add a newer one.

Welcome to my page and thank you for stopping by.
My motto: Learning is a process of appreciation, wisdom, and knowledge. Seeing my students' steady progression and diligence toward education and their future is what makes teaching so worth wild! Some students may not like learning because they think they are NOT good at it. However, once you get their mind rolling and confidence soaring - it never stops. Those are the few things that I enjoy about one-on-one tutoring. You get to know the students and their family members on a deeper level. You get to understand their needs and what it takes for their engine to start.
A little bit about myself: I have been in the educational field for more than 6 years. I started out when I was in high school, tutoring my neighbors' two elementary school kids, and absolutely loved it. Now I work as a high school English teacher and tutor on the side for fun! Food is my other passion. Both my parents are chefs, so I have been spoiled all my life with amazing delicacy. An inspiring novel or a comical graphic novel is my favorite pastime.

Hello!Ю
My name is Phillip L., and I am a University sophomore student looking to tutor those who are willing to learn Java.
I have received A's in most of my Java courses at the University of San Diego, and I have been an Advanced Placement Statistics tutor back in High School, giving me the necessary experience in tutoring teenagers and individuals close to my age.
I am confident in my teaching ability given the positive response I have received since my tutoring job back in High School. These include: my patience, my willingness to teach others and to ensure that the material is clear to the student, and my friendliness and availability.
Thank you so much for considering me! I look forward to teaching you Java, and getting you started on the path towards becoming a better programmer!

Even if you have never sung before or think you have no talent for singing, you CAN sing! EVERYONE needs to learn to sing! Yes, there are those who were born to sing and that gift should be guided constantly and cautiously, but on hine sight, EVERYONE should learn to sing no matter what. It’s like everyone should get a good night’s sleep, get regular exercise, eat healthy and sing regularly! These are all a part of having a full and healthy life. Learning to sing is not only about singing scales. Yes, you read that correctly. Give me the opportunity to teach you my secrets and my technique and you'll see what I mean. It's all about awareness and confidence.
So, what do you say? Come on over! Let's get started!
