I've worked with other students through school programs ranging from NHS tutoring to Youth Teaching Youth. I've taught kindergarten through 6th grade in class room setting and worked one on one with everything from reading comprehension to DNA replication.
I have completed a degree in biology and a minor in biochemistry, in addition to taking many neurosciences courses and all premed required-classes. Some but not all the classes I have taken include genetics, human physiology, behavioral neuroscience, immunology, cell biology, biochemistry, evolution, stem cell biology, organic chemistry I & II and general chemistry. I have also completed research-based classes and done research, so I'm comfortable with assisting with reading, understanding and analyzing biology research papers.
Hello, I'm Kailey or Kay for short. I am a Highschool Junior with a www.*** GPA, and a passion for helping others! I consider myself very patient and try to teach according to the needs of the person compared to a single approach for all. I can meet through Google Meet or Discord or any online video calling/ classroom environment. I excel mostly in Science, English, and Math and am looking forward to helping you or your student in the future!
Hello! I am currently a college student at Hope College double majoring in Bioelectrical engineering and Physics. In high school, I volunteered in our tutoring center and I found it to be very rewarding! I also held a tutoring job for high school physics. Through these experiences, I found a passion for teaching, and I hope to one day become a professor. Although I especially enjoy math and science, I am also willing and able to tutor English. I am patient, enthusiastic, and highly motivated. I would love the opportunity to work with your elementary through high school kids !!
I have a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences, and have just over 2 years of experience tutoring students in various subjects related to biology including; anatomy, physiology, and cellular and molecular biology; to name a few.
I worked as a Supplemental Instructor and Peer Tutor at Loyola University Chicago. I would reinforce class material and help develop long-lasting study skills. I also work at J at Chicago and help with after school care. I know what it is like to be a student struggling with a class or having to study for a class they hate. I hope to help teach tricks and correlate to real-life make studying more interactive and fun.
